Beta Terms
1. Scope
YOU is an application operated by [OPERATOR], currently in closed beta. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Age requirement
YOU is for people aged 18 and over only. You declare your date of birth at sign-up. If you are found to be under 18, your account will be closed.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
- You must keep your password confidential and are responsible for activity on your account.
- One account per person. You may not create an account on someone else's behalf.
4. Content you share
- The proofs, routines and messages you share remain yours. You do not transfer ownership.
- To make the app work, you grant us the right to store and transmit your content solely in order to show it to the circle members you chose. This right ends when you delete your account.
- You confirm you have the right to share your content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
- There is no public feed. We do not use your content for marketing or advertising.
5. What is not allowed
Acceptable behaviour is defined in the Community Guidelines. Breaking them may lead to suspension or closure of your account.
6. Beta warning
YOU is under active development. Features may change, the service may be interrupted, and data loss is possible. Do not rely on the app as your only backup. The service is provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law, no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation is given.
7. Closing your account
You can request deletion of your account at any time from Settings in the app. See the Privacy Notice for how your data is handled.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated. You will be told in the app when something important changes.
