Community Guidelines
YOU is a small, closed space built for actually keeping your word, not for performing. There are no follower counts, no public feed and no popularity score. These guidelines exist to protect that.
What we expect
- Be honest. Do not present something you did not do. A proof is a record of a promise to yourself, not a competition.
- Support, don't judge. When someone's streak breaks, the point is to make starting again easier, not to shame them.
- Ask for and give specific help. One useful suggestion is worth more than "well done".
- Respect boundaries. Do not take a proof or message you saw in a circle outside that circle.
What is not allowed
- Harassment, insults, threats, or persistent unwanted contact.
- Hate speech, or degrading people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar characteristics.
- Sexual or obscene content.
- Sharing someone else's private information such as identity documents, address or phone number without their consent.
- Encouraging self-harm, dangerous "challenge" trends, or extreme restrictive eating and exercise regimes.
- Uploading fake proof, or passing off someone else's photo as your own.
- Advertising, spam, fraud or referral chains.
- Impersonating someone else.
- Sharing content you do not hold the rights to.
If you see a problem
You can report a proof, message, profile or circle from inside the app, and you can block a person. Someone you block cannot reach you. Reports are reviewed, and where the guidelines are broken content may be removed and an account suspended or closed.
Emergencies
If someone may be at risk of harm, an in-app report is not enough. Please call your local emergency number. In
Türkiye the emergency number is 112.
